Compensation: $57,396 - $90,424, based on experience
Additional Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
As an educator at our school, your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing anti-racist instructional strategies that empower students in their learning.
- Delivering grade-level rigorous content using high-quality, research-based curricula.
- Providing targeted interventions for students requiring additional support.
- Collaborating with a co-teaching team of two to three educators in the classroom.
- Engaging families as partners in the educational process, discussing successes and challenges.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Principal.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in middle or high school teaching.
- Required educator license from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in the appropriate content area.
- Preferred experience as an advocate for equity and anti-racism.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
