Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Assistant Community Manager to join our team at RHP Properties. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing community office operations, and supporting the Community Manager in achieving sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors
  • Manage community office operations, including inventory, ordering, and verifying receipt of office supplies
  • Assist the Community Manager in entering data into the management software program
  • Develop and maintain community relationships through regular communication and outreach
  • Use Microsoft Office to produce and present documents, including reports and presentations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of general office experience, with sales experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and maintain a valid driver's license
