Job Opportunity

RHP Properties, a leading real estate investment firm, is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our Grand Meadow community in Longmont, CO.

As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing community relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our community office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and courteous service to residents, visitors, and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community residents, local businesses, and stakeholders.
  • Assist the Community Manager in managing community office operations, including data entry, guest cards, and lead management.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Document customer interactions, visits, and presentations to maintain customer relationships and build a book of business.
  • Work collaboratively with the Community Manager to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of general office experience, with sales experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Valid operator's license, with a good driving record and insurability under the Company's policy.
