- Proven Track Record: A proven track record of improving processes, reducing overhead costs, and increasing operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team, driving operational excellence and business growth.
- Initiative and Problem-Solving: Initiative-driven with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing solutions, ensuring seamless integration of new systems and processes.
- Experience in Software/Systems Implementation: Experience in selecting and implementing software/systems to enhance operations, driving business growth and efficiency.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
