About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Sales Specialist to join our team in Colorado, San Francisco, or Minnesota. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating personalized itineraries for travelers to Iceland, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their travel preferences and needs.
  • Design and recommend customized travel packages to meet customer objectives, focusing on Iceland as the primary destination.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activity to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel plans, including logistics, accommodations, and activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Background in travel-related roles or personal travel experience, particularly abroad.
  • Experience traveling to multiple locations in Iceland for at least one month.
  • Proven track record of establishing strong connections with customers and delivering high-quality customer service.
