Bilingual Family Support Program Manager

Are you dedicated to enhancing the lives of families and young children? Room to Grow is seeking a skilled manager with a background in social work or clinical practice to oversee our family support team. Your role will be crucial in delivering direct assistance and resources to families and caregivers.
About Room to GrowRoom to Grow employs a two-generation, preventative, and strengths-focused methodology to engage families with children from birth to 3 years old. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to create effective strategies, select essential baby and toddler items, and connect with community resources. Families enter the program during pregnancy and continue until their child reaches three years of age, participating in regular sessions at our welcoming Family Centers.
Profile of Our Family Support Program Manager- Mission-Driven: Passionate about supporting families with children aged birth to 3 years, committed to equity and inclusion in all aspects of work.
- Direct Practice & Support: Skilled in facilitating family-centered discussions, adept at fostering meaningful relationships with parents and caregivers, and inspiring the team to deliver high-quality services.
- Team Leadership: Provides ongoing guidance and clinical supervision to the team, excels in navigating challenges in practice and program execution.
- Professional Integrity: Balances daily operational tasks with broader organizational goals, self-motivated and collaborative, focused on team and program objectives.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
- Advanced experience in child development, social work, mental health, or a related field is preferred
- State licensure is preferred when applicable
- A passion for coaching and mentoring
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with electronic data management systems
- A commitment to continuous learning in people management, early childhood, and parenting disciplines
This full-time position is based at our Family Center.
