About Our OrganizationWe adopt a two-generation, preventative, and strengths-based methodology to engage families with children from birth to 3 years old. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to create effective strategies, select necessary items for infants and toddlers, and connect with community resources. Families initiate the program during pregnancy and continue until their child reaches three years of age, participating in regular sessions at our welcoming centers.
Key Responsibilities of the Family Support Program Manager- Mission Commitment: Passionate about assisting families with children aged birth to 3 years, committed to promoting equity and inclusion in all facets of work.
- Direct Service & Support: Skilled in facilitating family-driven discussions, adept at fostering meaningful connections with parents and caregivers, and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional experiences for families.
- Team Leadership: Provides ongoing support and clinical guidance to the team, excels in navigating challenges in service delivery and program execution.
- Professional Integrity & Values: Balances daily operational tasks with broader organizational goals, self-driven and collaborative, focused on achieving program and team objectives.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
- Extensive experience in child development, social work, mental health, or a related field is preferred
- State licensure is preferred when applicable
- A strong passion for coaching and mentoring
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Experience with electronic data management systems
- A commitment to continuous professional development in people management, early childhood education, and parenting
This is a full-time position based at our Family Center.
