Position Summary:

Sales Associates play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, achieving sales targets, and upholding merchandising standards in a dynamic retail environment. Reporting directly to the Store Team Leader and management, Sales Associates create a distinctive shopping experience by employing the G.U.E.S.T. service approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a TPS Champion by exemplifying the G.U.E.S.T. service approach and consistently providing World Class Service.
  • Warmly greet and welcome every customer with enthusiasm.
  • Identify customer needs through open-ended questions.
  • Communicate product features and benefits in relation to customer needs, showcasing in-depth product knowledge.
  • Recommend additional items to enhance sales using effective selling techniques.
  • Express sincere gratitude to customers and invite them to return.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for TPS, fostering customer loyalty through friendliness and respect.
  • Contribute to a positive work atmosphere through respectful and ethical behavior.
  • Maintain professional presentation in attire and demeanor, adhering to the company dress code.
  • Support all sales initiatives across various business channels to maximize sales.
  • Accurately capture customer information at the POS and process current promotions correctly.
  • Participate enthusiastically in training and development, utilizing all available resources.
  • Prepare incoming products for the sales floor following supervisor guidance.
  • Merchandise products according to company visual standards.
  • After training, perform ear piercings while ensuring a safe and sanitary experience.
  • Demonstrate fundamental knowledge of relevant computer systems and programs.
  • Uphold store cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Complete all other tasks as directed by store management within assigned time frames.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:

Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should possess the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong multitasking skills while remaining attentive to customers and adapting to business needs are essential. Teamwork is crucial, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods and lift medium to large items up to 50 lbs, using appropriate safety techniques. Professional conduct, demeanor, and attire must comply with the company dress code.
