Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategies to manage daily operations effectively.
  • Assist in crafting, executing, and evaluating annual operational strategies and growth plans.
  • Oversee the achievement of agency, product, revenue, and service objectives by mentoring and developing branch personnel.
  • Analyze local market trends and implement business strategies to strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Support the Retail Sales Leader in managing staffing levels and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures across all business lines.
  • Engage in the Field Leadership Development Program, completing all required training within the specified timeframe.
  • Foster collaboration with business partners from various sectors to enhance product and service knowledge.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of branch operations, including cash management and facility management.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes impacting sales and service.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to onboard new sales agents and service representatives.
  • Conduct site visits to support agents and address training and operational needs.
  • Provide insights on insurance or travel products/services and operational support.
  • Guide agents on compensation, bonuses, and sales excellence, while identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures among agents and locations.
  • Communicate performance issues to the Retail Sales Leader for appropriate action.
  • Coordinate various operational activities, including audits and inspections.
  • Stay updated on community trends and competitive landscapes to support promotional campaigns.
  • Initiate and manage projects as assigned, providing regular updates to management.

Work Environment:

  • Service members in-person at branch locations.
  • Travel may be required, with exposure to various conditions.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours may be necessary.
