Position Overview:
As a Retail Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to ensure every customer enjoys a remarkable shopping experience.

You will be expected to maintain extensive product knowledge and provide customers with detailed insights into product features and advantages.

Retail Sales Representatives are accountable for achieving their daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Responsibilities include maintaining store presentation by cleaning, stocking, organizing, and adhering to merchandising strategies. Stay informed about our brand, product offerings, company updates, and events to become a valuable resource for our customers.

Keep It Real:
This is a part-time role.

You will receive an hourly base rate along with the opportunity to earn commission through a tiered system based on sales performance. Additional incentives, such as SPIFFS, and generous employee discounts on all products are also available. To support our team members financially, we offer a voluntary benefit called DailyPay, allowing for secure, instant access to earned wages before payday.

This benefit is available to all team members from day one. We place a strong emphasis on training and development; therefore, your initial five shifts will focus solely on learning, compensated at base pay.

Qualifications:
Our ideal Retail Sales Representative possesses:

  • 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
  • A self-motivated attitude that consistently delivers a personalized retail experience
  • A willingness to learn and engage with the riding community
  • Familiarity with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
  • A passion for motorcycles or related interests (preferred but not mandatory)
