About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant 2 to join our team in Boise, ID. As a Technical Consultant 2, you will be responsible for installing, implementing, servicing, testing, and troubleshooting complex patient care and monitoring solutions on IT networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install complex patient monitoring systems in clinical and non-clinical environments, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide technical reviews of system configurations to ensure viability and performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve electronic, networking, and mechanical problems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to deliver customer solutions.
  • Perform administrative duties, including timesheets, service work orders, and documentation.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in IT technologies or electronics industry.
  • Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or related disciplines.
