Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team at Philips. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to customers and ensuring the effective installation, implementation, and maintenance of complex patient care and monitoring solutions on IT networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure complex patient monitoring systems, including IT infrastructure and patient monitoring equipment, in clinical and non-clinical environments.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including system configuration and technical recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources, including clinical, sales, and service partners, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including service work orders, expense reports, and other related paperwork.
  • Travel across the region, including Boise, ID, and surrounding areas, to provide on-site support and training.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in IT technologies or electronics industry, preferably in a field or hospital-based service environment.
  • Network configuration and/or troubleshooting experience, with a strong understanding of Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or related disciplines, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to perform physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $23.00 - $39.00, plus overtime eligible. Our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. You must reside in or within commuting distance to Boise, ID, and have the ability to travel up to 50% throughout ID, WY, and MT.
