Job Overview

This position requires a high degree of empathy, business acumen, and technical expertise. As a Client Relationship Consultant, you'll engage with customers through various channels, including in-person, virtual, and digital, to provide guidance on deposit and loan products and services. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience that sets us apart from the competition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach, regular check-ins, and personalized communication.
  • Assess and address client banking needs, providing expert advice on our deposit and loan products and services.
  • Develop and execute tailored solutions that meet each client's unique goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, market trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure you're always operating at the forefront of financial expertise.
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to drive business growth, improve client satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
  • 3-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in digital platforms, software applications, and data analysis tools.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary, ranging from $22.32 to $34.65 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
