Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Assess and address client needs, providing guidance on our range of deposit and loan products and services
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings
  • Provide consistent, high-quality service to clients, including greeting and processing basic transactions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three to four years of customer service experience
  • Three to four years of sales experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
  • Experience with digital products and self-service technologies
