Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm, and provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure all games are clean and unobstructed, and properly position and set up displays to increase guest traffic and promote sales.
  • Perform Technical Maintenance: Assist in daily maintenance and organization of the tech room and storage areas, and efficiently and safely perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance as directed by management.
  • Assist Guests and Team Members: Provide assistance to guests and team members as needed, and maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members.
Requirements
  • Technical and Electrical Skills: Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to clearly communicate with guests and other team members.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly required to work days, nights, and/or weekends, work off an extension ladder, move about the facility, and stand for long periods of time.
Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: Compensation is from $7.25 - $16 per hour.
