Overview

The Client Operations Management team is dedicated to leveraging extensive market insights and a thorough understanding of Deutsche Bank's operational framework to effectively address client requirements.

As a Client Operations Specialist, you will oversee the relationships with our premier clients, ensuring that we consistently surpass service expectations across post-trade operational processes, thereby fostering business growth and enhancing operational efficiencies.

You will serve as the primary advocate for clients within Deutsche Bank, comprehending their strategic objectives and collaborating with internal teams to resolve any issues that arise. As the senior contact, you will engage in service evaluations and acquire comprehensive knowledge of market trends that can mutually benefit both parties in pursuit of optimal processing and an improved client experience.

What You'll Do
  • Act as a senior liaison for clients, proactively addressing service delivery challenges and collaborating with operational partners to implement effective and sustainable solutions
  • Facilitate client navigation through Deutsche Bank's structure, working closely with clients and various internal stakeholders to fulfill client needs
  • Monitor client performance metrics, including tracking, analysis, and follow-up with clients, vendors, and operations to resolve issues and ensure all client expectations are met across all products and functions globally
  • Coordinate relationship visits for operational reviews, discussions on service issues, training sessions, and strategic meetings
  • Assist clients in pursuing strategic opportunities, including the adoption of third-party and digital solutions, while providing relevant market intelligence
  • Serve as a guide for clients navigating Deutsche Bank's organizational landscape

Expectations

It is expected that employees in this role will work in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $65,000 to $107,250. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience, education, work location, and other qualifications.
