We are currently seeking a Client Operations Analyst who will play a crucial role in analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Firm's billing, collection, and compliance operations. This position will involve close collaboration with the Client Operations team to enhance our reporting and monitoring tools while managing the Firm's inventory effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. This role will report directly to the Manager of Client Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports tailored to various stakeholders, utilizing both established and innovative methodologies.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts to foster new ideas and streamline processes for improved departmental efficiency.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automating manual reporting and operational processes.
  • Assist management in preparing presentations for executive leadership.
  • Conduct ad hoc SQL queries in response to specific data requests.
  • Work alongside the Manager of Client Operations to design reports that address current business needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Information Services department and other development teams to enhance the quality, consistency, and accuracy of report outputs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required; a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in financial analysis is preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, including vertical lookups, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Experience with SQL and Power BI is desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments concurrently.
  • Capable of identifying and analyzing complex problems and proposing effective solutions.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work across various functions and organizational levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Flexibility to adapt work hours based on workload demands.
This position necessitates regular physical presence in the office. The anticipated compensation range for this role is between $65,000 and $80,000, influenced by factors such as the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, educational background, and any professional certifications held.
