About The Role

As part of our ongoing evolution, CrowdStrike has enhanced its offerings with the Next Generation SIEM (NGSIEM) powered by Falcon LogScale. We are looking for talented professionals to join our LogScale NGSIEM Professional Services team. In this role, you will become a trusted consultant for our clients, addressing technical inquiries, showcasing the capabilities of Falcon LogScale and NGSIEM, and crafting a strategic technical roadmap tailored to customer needs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional integration and consulting services across various sectors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients towards advanced outcomes utilizing next-gen SIEM, log management, and SOAR functionalities.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer of Falcon LogScale NGSIEM to clients.

What You Bring

We are looking for a candidate who is dedicated to addressing customer challenges with a blend of technical expertise and analytical skills. Your ability to work collaboratively while proactively tackling issues will be essential.

  • 5+ years of experience with log management/SIEM solutions (e.g., Falcon LogScale, Splunk, etc.) and SOAR platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with pre-sales teams for technical scoping and post-sales transitions.
  • Proficient in SIEM best practices related to log analysis, data onboarding, and alerting.
  • Intermediate knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Experience in scripting and automation using languages like Python, PowerShell, and REST API.
  • Ability to create documentation and share knowledge effectively.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

  • Recent industry certifications from recognized organizations in Information Security.
  • Experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) handling security incidents.
  • Familiarity with generative AI platforms.
