Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage the daily financial and accounting activities of the organization to ensure financial health and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input vendor invoices into accounting software.
  • Process payments through the accounting system.
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable aging reports.
  • Prepare and issue client invoices to ensure prompt payment.
  • Record client payments from various sources including checks and electronic transactions.
  • Manage invoicing processes to facilitate timely collections.
  • Track and report on daily production and revenue metrics.
  • Utilize electronic communication to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports.
  • Coordinate annual activities related to tax, insurance, and financial audits.
  • Oversee cash flow management and financial forecasting.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities with vendors.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors across all business operations.
  • Supervise building maintenance projects and ensure quality standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to uphold financial controls on purchasing and expenditures.
  • Conduct payroll processing and manage paid time off accruals bi-weekly.
