VP, Marketing Director

TopView Sightseeing is seeking a highly experienced and ambitious VP, Marketing to lead our global marketing efforts and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead a high-performing marketing team of 20+ members and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Drive revenue growth through multi-channel marketing initiatives and innovation.
- Own and oversee all aspects of the company's marketing efforts, including research, performance marketing, digital and print advertising, social, email, affiliate, communications, event, OOH, branding, reputation, referrals, and others.
- Work cross-functionally with Product teams to establish stories of our various brands and develop a long-term scalable brand marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to drive a shared roadmap, build and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop strategies to retain and grow the existing customer pool by ensuring high satisfaction and engagement.
- Implement robust performance metrics and analytics to accurately measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, and provide insights to improve ROI.
- Perform sales forecasts based on historical data and current trends, and develop and manage marketing budgets as agreed to by the executive management team.
- Achieve thorough understanding of our target audience and their needs through market research, analysis, and customer feedback, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Achieve thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, provide in-depth strategic insights to the executive management team, and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- At least 15 years of experience in marketing, with 10 years of leadership experience in a hyper-growth environment.
- Experience with ticketing platforms and/or experiential products is a plus.
- Extensive experience in driving revenue growth through multi-channel marketing.
- A proven track record of building and leading successful marketing teams of 20+ members managing a portfolio of brands.
- Extremely revenue-oriented, highly analytical, data-driven, and tech-savvy.
- Exceptional communication, project, and change management skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
