We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Store Associate Lead to join our team at Comcast. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that their experience is exceptional from start to finish. You will work closely with the store team to maintain accurate inventory, clean stores, and ensure that back-of-house spaces are organized and secure.

You will also be responsible for scanning the sales floor to ensure that counters, devices, accessories, and walkways are accessible, clean, and functioning. Additionally, you will conduct weekly cycle counts and identify opportunities to improve the store count process. Your strong communication skills, adaptability, and physical fitness will serve you well in this role.
