About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Xfinity Retail Experience Specialist. In this role, you'll provide top-notch support to our customers, helping them navigate our products and services.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • SUPPORTING store teams in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Participating in weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement process improvements, enhancing the customer experience and driving business results.

**We Offer a Competitive Compensation Package:**

  • Salary: $15.00 per hour (base pay) plus commission under applicable plan.
  • Bonus eligibility for non-sales positions.
