We are seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will involve answering incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, and processing policy modifications.
Key Responsibilities

- Answer customer questions about insurance policies and coverage issues.
- Provide accurate information on policy details and coverage options.
- Process Policy Modifications
- Update customer policy information accurately and efficiently.
- Verify customer coverage and provide proof of insurance paperwork.
- Manage Customer Complaints
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide empathetic responses.
- Offer suitable solutions and alternatives to resolve customer complaints.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Certifications and Licenses
- Active NY insurance license required.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
Estimated Salary Range
$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
