Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team at Connexa Worx as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with the company.

This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide information as needed.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and accuracy.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and policies regarding call handling and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on new product or service changes to provide the best assistance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
