Customer Care Representative Job Description
At Stellantis Financial Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming customer service calls and responding to various inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account information.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer queries and resolve issues.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals, including calls, availability, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of previous customer service experience in a call center environment.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to instructions and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Strong mathematical skills, including ability to explain simple interest loan calculations to customers.
