About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at US Foods, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading foodservice distributor and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales support teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the foodservice industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Drive business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience in the foodservice industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Foodservice industry experience, including sales and marketing roles.
  • Knowledge of the foodservice industry, including market trends and customer needs.
  • Experience with sales and marketing software and tools, including CRM systems.
