About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Operations Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and directing the operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high food quality standards, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of dedicated employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  2. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, responding to customer concerns, and implementing strategies to improve customer loyalty.
  3. Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high food quality standards and cleanliness by implementing and enforcing food safety protocols, monitoring inventory levels, and controlling costs.
  4. Operations Management: Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, manage inventory and control costs, and monitor and analyze sales and financial performance.
Requirements
  1. Education: High school degree or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Prior experience in a management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
  4. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
