Bausch Health, a global pharmaceutical company, offers an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a vital role in supporting the National Sales Director by tracking sales data and assisting with promotional materials inventory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and implementing customer events, planning meetings and trade shows, and maintaining communication with the National Sales Director on all matters related to warranties. You will also work with the National Sales Director to develop, update, and manage marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.

To excel in this role, you will require strong verbal and written skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees. You will also need to be resourceful, flexible, proactive, and well-organized, with a strong work ethic that represents Bausch Health's high integrity ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative, sales/marketing coordinator, or project management roles. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the success of our sales team and helping to shape the future of Bausch Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and implement a minimum of 3 customer in-office events per quarter.
  • Assist in planning meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements.
  • Maintain communication with the National Sales Director on all matters related to warranties.
  • Work with the National Sales Director to develop, update, and manage marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
  • Anticipate and recommend reprints for critical collateral based on historical usage.
  • Complete special projects in sales and marketing as requested.
  • Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information, and relaying customer services requests.
