About the Role

The Sales Coordinator has general responsibilities for supporting the National Sales Director by tracking sales data, assisting with promotional materials inventory, attending meetings and trade shows, and organizing activities to drive throughput volume of Soltas consumables. Additionally, this role assists the Capital Equipment Specialist with lead generation and supports the company goals and objectives, policies, and procedures, including good clinical practices, good manufacturing practices, and Health Canada regulations.

  • Organize and implement a minimum of 3 customer in-office events per quarter.
  • Assist in planning meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements.
  • Work with the NSD to develop, update, and manage deployment of marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
  • Plan and organize promotional presentations, complete special projects in sales and marketing as requested, and implement change where necessary.
  • Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information, relaying customer services requests, and maintaining filing systems and basic databases.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with all levels of employees.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and report on findings.
  • Assist in managing HCP contract process for marketing events and product training.
What We Offer
