About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AVP of Business Development to join our team at Gentiva. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in our assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain continuity of existing business and identify new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Manage teams of business development staff, providing training and professional development to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed goals, and initiate sales and marketing activity to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Five years of direct sales experience in the healthcare service industry, with a minimum of two years of sales management experience.
