  • Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance team skills and ensure adherence to operational standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee supply chain operations, including vendor relationships and inventory management, to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the operational budget, monitoring costs and profitability to drive financial success.

  • Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management plans to ensure business continuity and effective responses to operational challenges.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present operational reports to the executive team, outlining performance metrics, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, bookkeeping, and training, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to introduce innovative concepts that keep the brand competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the QSR industry, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
