Position Summary:

The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering defined outcomes that typically require collaboration across multiple teams, such as projects or smaller programs. Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating work objectives, coordinating deliverables, managing risks, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing comprehensive visibility into the health of the deliverables.
  • Ensuring that execution and delivery align with client expectations regarding functionality, quality, timelines, and costs.
  • Facilitating routines to support delivery, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
  • Managing dependencies and risks while promoting communication and collaboration across organizations to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Gathering and facilitating status updates for stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks, issues, and schedules.
  • Ensuring deliverables adhere to Enterprise Change Management standards and supporting resource planning for execution.

Role Summary:

This position is suited for a mid to senior-level project manager responsible for overseeing technical projects from inception to completion, including task planning and timeline management. The candidate must excel in collaboration across various teams to drive shared objectives while effectively prioritizing tasks and overcoming challenges. The role requires both individual contribution and teamwork, ensuring that your efforts have a meaningful impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing deliverables that support multiple complex organizations and collaborating with both direct and indirect resources.
  • Overseeing projects that significantly influence business processes affecting client and employee experiences.
  • Engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders to execute high-visibility programs and projects.
  • Participating in software testing cycles, which includes conducting tests in non-production environments, supporting business users, and documenting testing evidence comprehensively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating and engaging with stakeholders at all levels to drive initiatives to completion.
  • Demonstrating strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills while working independently.
  • Developing plans for future-state approaches and facilitating their implementation.
  • Utilizing sound business judgment to tailor solutions that meet deadlines and address risks.
  • Assessing existing processes and workflows for improvement.
  • Exhibiting proficiency in problem analysis and solution design.
  • Delivering compelling presentations to senior executives.
  • Demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and proactive initiative.
  • Exhibiting executive presence and leading meetings effectively.
  • Influencing senior leadership as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management standards and processes in a complex program environment with multiple delivery partners.
  • Experience in SOR development.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, across various audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile and waterfall frameworks.
  • A strong commitment to quality and effective client interaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
