Core Duties

  • Execute audits with a focus on operational performance, financial integrity, and regulatory compliance, particularly regarding Sarbanes-Oxley regulations
  • Assist business units in addressing control deficiencies
  • Demonstrate strong project management capabilities
  • Employ analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, with potential for remote auditing

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MBA preferred. CPA certification is mandatory.

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in accounting or auditing within a manufacturing context, with a solid grasp of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • MBA and CPA certification are advantageous
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Proficient project management and auditing skills
  • Familiarity with IFRS, US GAAP, and Cost Accounting principles
  • Experience with SOX compliance tools
  • Exemplary judgment, integrity, and communication abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Comfortable engaging with all organizational levels
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
