Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to join our Early Intervention Program in New York City. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting families and children with special needs. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide ongoing support to families, including education, guidance, and advocacy.
  • Facilitate access to community resources and services, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Communicate regularly with families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote smooth interactions and effective care.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with special needs and their families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
