Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Novice Nurse - Patient Care Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for new grad RNs or those with less than one year of experience to gain hands-on experience in patient care and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

About the Role:

As a Novice Nurse - Patient Care Specialist, you will work 1-on-1 with patients in the home setting, providing direct patient care, managing medical conditions, and developing critical thinking skills. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced nurses and receive ongoing mentorship and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, following established protocols and procedures
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments as needed
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold an active RN license, and possess current CPR certification. You should also be able to pass a PPD test if applicable.
