Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Cardiac Surgical. In this role, you will work closely with the management team to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations within the cardiac surgical unit. You will be responsible for coordinating all functions in the unit, monitoring and evaluating nursing care in accordance with established policies, and providing coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.

What We Offer:
An estimated salary of $75,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
