Job Description
Are you a dedicated and compassionate nurse looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska. As a key member of our cardiac surgical unit, you will be responsible for coordinating, evaluating, customizing, and delivering high-quality patient-centered care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.

Qualifications
  • Current licensure in Alaska as a Registered Nurse.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year applicable experience.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) Certification.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support Course (ACLS) Certification.
