Salary: $30-$45 per hour based on experience
Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. (SBR) is seeking part-time Behavior Specialists (minimum of 10 hours per week) dedicated to fostering the emotional and behavioral development of adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and Autism. Preference will be given to candidates with daytime availability.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe role includes:
- Conducting comprehensive functional assessments.
- Creating individualized behavioral support plans that incorporate strategies tailored to the assessment findings.
- Providing training and guidance to individuals, staff, parents, and caregivers.
- Maintaining ongoing face-to-face interactions and meetings with the individual and their support team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
- A minimum of two years of direct experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, particularly adults.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong professional writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with web-based data management systems.
