Job Title: Lead Behavior Consultant

Job Summary:

Northern Children's Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Behavior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising the provision of Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) and ensuring the highest level of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of Behavioral Consultants and Behavioral Health Technicians in delivering high-quality services.
  • Monitor census and staffing to ensure program compliance and effectiveness.
  • Provide clinical direction and oversight of services for each child on the caseload.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Collaborate with schools, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Document all therapy sessions, case management activities, and other relevant information.
  • Provide regular supervision and support to team members to ensure they are meeting program requirements and providing high-quality services.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline and completed clinical or MH practicum.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or behavioral analysis certification.
  • At least one year of full-time paid experience in the mental health field.
  • Excellent working knowledge of clinical issues relating to children, adolescents, and families.
  • Familiarity with multiple child-serving systems.

  • Ability to operate a computer, printer, and calculator.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle or access public transportation.
