Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare housekeeping carts with all essential supplies.
  • Remove all linens from checked-out rooms and deliver them to the laundry before initiating cleaning.
  • Obtain the executive housekeeper's approval on work assignments.
  • Thoroughly vacuum, sweep, dust, and clean rooms to meet hotel standards.
  • Inspect rooms for safety hazards and check the condition of equipment.
  • Identify and report lost and found items and maintenance issues to a supervisor.
  • Prepare rooms for incoming guests and accommodate special requests.
  • Document room status on work assignment sheets.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in housekeeping is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail is required.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
