Guest Services Supervisor

As a key player in our operations, you will oversee the front desk activities, ensuring that our guests receive unparalleled service at all times.
Position Overview:
In the role of Guest Services Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to manage all front desk functions, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
You will also be tasked with overseeing room bookings, collaborating with various departments, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns with efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate the daily operations of the front desk team.
- Ensure the front office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Train, coach, and assess front desk staff to uphold high service standards.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee room bookings and manage room allocations.
- Ensure compliance with all front office policies and procedures.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster positive relationships with other departments to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a supervisory capacity within a hotel front office.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
- A commitment to customer service excellence and a desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
- Certification in Hotel Management or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of local attractions and amenities to assist guests effectively.
