About the Role

As a Sales Consultant at CarMax, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your knowledge of CarMax's inventory to assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to final sale, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and records to ensure smooth transactions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
What We Offer

As a Sales Consultant at CarMax, you will receive a competitive wage during training and for the first 640 hours of selling. After this period, commissions will become the primary source of income. We also offer paid training and a personal sales mentor to support your ongoing development.

Requirements
  • Previous sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent listening skills and a strong customer focus.
  • High levels of self-motivation and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
