As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating new customers and fostering long-term relationships in the commercial line of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Springdale and surrounding areas.
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
  • Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Achieve sales objectives set forth by management, track and record sales leads and activities, and actively participate in sales meetings.
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
Requirements:
  • Prefer a minimum three (3) years of outside sales experience calling on business-to-business, ideally calling on commercial accounts selling new construction or retrofit projects to both end-users and contractors.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Bachelor's degree, highly preferred.
  • Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
