Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent our offerings with a thorough understanding, conducting consumer research to align our solutions with client needs.
  • Establish and nurture a robust pipeline of current clients and new leads through effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve set targets.
  • Manage relationships with both new and existing customers by organizing daily activities to optimize sales opportunities within the designated area.
  • Formulate and execute a territory action plan based on detailed data analysis, adjusting lead generation strategies as necessary.

Daily and Monthly Duties:

  • Meet appointment-setting objectives by evaluating client needs and adhering to a structured sales process with potential customers, utilizing product marketing and presentations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure outstanding service and the identification of new sales opportunities.
  • Identify suitable prospects, schedule appointments, conduct effective qualifying sales calls, and follow up on leads, creating proposals across all digital service categories.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of digital services to generate client interest and address client concerns effectively.
  • Handle customer service issues as directed by sales leadership.
  • Research, track, and update leads and appointments regularly.
  • Initiate outbound calls to create new digital service sales opportunities; engage with existing clients and new prospects to qualify leads.
  • Conduct targeted email marketing campaigns to key clients and prospects, fostering strong business relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand the needs of each lead and align them with our products or services.
  • Work with internal partners to facilitate sales transactions when necessary.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership and staff to ensure company goals and standards are met, conducting market research and monitoring competitors regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, including inside sales, customer service, proposal development, and closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • A high level of personal integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to balance persuasive techniques with professionalism; strong organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, sales management, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
