Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager - Sales and Operations Lead is a key member of the Club Pilates Parkville team, responsible for driving new membership sales, leading the sales team, and contributing to the overall success of the studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain a sales process to generate leads, follow up, and close sales.
  • Mentor and train Sales Representatives to follow the sales process and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of personal sales production and contribute to the studio's revenue growth.
  • Assist the General Manager in leading overall studio success, including lead generation, marketing, and staff management.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory counts and manage staff schedules.
  • Supervise Sales Representatives, collect outstanding dues, and enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads and maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives in sales.
  • Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
  • College Degree Preferred.
