This senior role will be responsible for cultivating new custom client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and increasing awareness of the university's executive education programs globally.
As a key member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality programs.
About the Role
- Cultivate new custom client relationships and generate new business opportunities through consultative selling and partnership development.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness of executive education programs globally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality programs that meet the learning needs of current and prospective executive participants.
- Manage annual budgets for new custom programs and renewals to meet financial targets.
- Analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead and coach internal or external program delivery staff on client and faculty engagement, program design, account management, and delivery for campus and off-site locations.
Requirements
- Masters degree in related field (e.g., business administration, education, marketing).
- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the higher education sector.
- Strong knowledge of Learning and Development, custom program design, faculty engagement, and client account management.
- Excellent business acumen, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional demeanor, executive presence, and credibility to engage senior-level and C-suite clients globally.
- Ability to manage cross-functionally across an organization and work with internal and external partners.
