Food Service Director for Upscale Restaurant Operations

Loews Atlanta Hotel seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for the overall management of our upscale restaurant outlets, ensuring efficient operation, quality product delivery, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Maintain optimal staffing levels to ensure peak performance
- Represent the Director of Food and Beverage in their absence
- Ensure adherence to departmental and hotel guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Supervise outlet activities to guarantee smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations
- Interact with guests frequently to ensure satisfaction and enjoyment of dining experience
Skills and Qualifications
- A degree in Hospitality or Food Service Management is required; certification as Food Service Manager is preferred
- Minimum two years of management experience in high-end food service operations
- Effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential
- Ability to maintain operating and control processes designed to provide maximum efficiency while ensuring adherence to guest satisfaction criteria
- Familiarity with Loews Hotels' standards, policies, and procedures is mandatory
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
