Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Major Accounts team in the Pacific Northwest/Mountain Region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of Account Executives, and developing strategic plans to penetrate large accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 6-8 Account Executives to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate large accounts and expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales operations, marketing, and product marketing, to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions with team members to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely information
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a high-tech industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer base
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth
