We are looking for a skilled Laborer to assist in various construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in basic construction practices and be ready to engage in diverse responsibilities, including concrete work and conduit installation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the crew to install concrete pads and perform grading tasks.
- Assist in setting up forms, laying rebar, and running electrical conduit.
- Support the Foreman in managing daily operations and ensuring project timelines are met.

Travel Requirements:
This position requires a willingness to travel for extended periods, typically 3 to 4 weeks at a time. Travel may include various states, with accommodations and per-diem provided for overnight stays.

Qualifications:
- A current resume detailing relevant construction experience.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to safety practices.
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (can be provided).
- Basic computer skills and effective communication abilities.
