Job Title: Traveling Multifamily Superintendent

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Traveling Multifamily Superintendent to join our team. As a Traveling Multifamily Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of multifamily and hospitality projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage construction plans and schedules to ensure successful project execution.
  • Interact with owners, teams, and stakeholders to maintain a positive project environment and exceptional client experience.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members and subcontractors.
  • Review contract drawings and coordinate documentation of constructability issues and potential design deficiencies.
  • Perform walk-throughs, schedule inspections, and ensure permits are in place.
  • Develop and update project schedules to manage the project and meet completion dates.
  • Oversee and make decisions related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control, site cleanliness, and trade performance.
  • Manage site safety programs and ensure subcontractor compliance with federal and state standards.
  • Conduct weekly coordination meetings and prepare daily field status reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop preliminary budgets and schedules.
  • Ensure proper project closeout and completion of final punch lists.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in multifamily construction.
  • Ability to organize resources, including people, tools, and time, to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results.
  • Proficiency in sector/project-specific software systems, including Microsoft Office suite.
